Former national swimmer for Singapore and active MMA fighter, Ryan draws on a deep athletic background and a rich history of overcoming injuries—from knee ligament tears to rotator cuff strains and even concussions.

Having gone through challenging recoveries himself, Ryan understands pain, setbacks, and self-doubt. This empathy shapes every coaching session, making each program truly personal.

Certified as an ACE Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Ryan blends real-world experience with professional credentials. Clients feel seen, safe, and confident in the journey.
